I cannot say enough good things about East Hancock. The school is amazing from the office staff to the teachers, they really care about your child in every way (education, socialization, growth and development, behavior/character formation). It is a close knit community feeling at East. I have always felt my child was safe and truly cared for/mentored at this school. Everyone works hard to get the job done. Communication is good, I`ve had former children at schools where there was no communication or when it was initiated you were met aggressively or with a school vs parent mentality. My daughter came having attended K and 1st grade at another local school. She is finishing up her final year at East and we will truly miss this school and both wish we could be here longer. This year at Thanksgiving we asked around the table to name one thing that impacted your life in a meaningful/significant way. My daughter listed changing school as the thing she was thankful for. Thanks for a amazing elementary experience!
