School Reviews

5   11/2/2018
It is a school that parents have flocked to to get their children into. It has been an award winning school due to the driven staff and leadership of the principal. There has recently been a big change in the district due to financial mismanagement. The impact is has had on Emerald Park and many district schools has cause teaching staff and administers to question their place in the district. Many teachers have either chosen to retire or move on causing a huge turnover this year with 17 staff and administrators moving on. It has a different feel this year and will probably take some time for it to work the bumps out. Still love this school and feel that the community supports it and the staff that remains and the new staff that have come will continue to push to make Emerald Park that shining star it once was and deserves to be.
