Maybe if they spent less of their budget on free food and more of it on actual classroom supplies and fixing the bathrooms the school would be less deficient.

Well, from what I've seen from the list above, sounds like there's been a lot of improvements since I last went to that school. It looks good to me.
On personal note, I was surprised when I pulled this website up. It brought back a flood of memories. I have a lot of good memories from that school. I can't believe it's been 21 years since I last attended there.
I now live in Georgia. But if I lived back in Franklin, i would definitely send my kids to that school.
