School Reviews

5   1/20/2020
King has made some huge improvements in the curriculum, including emotional regulation programs to help children learn needed social skills at an earlier age, tutors for math and reading that focus on children who are struggling. The students have a 1:1 ratio of iPads in K-3, 1:1 ratio of chrome books in 4-5, and a 1:1 ratio of laptops for 6th grade. They have also implemented flexible seating and have a full-time school counselor that is there to help students and families. I recognize that our year over year ratings are low but part of this can be directly related to the school having a good portion of their students that are newly enrolled each year. This is a great school that is working to improve classroom management, curriculum to help students succeed.
