School Reviews

The years I've been here, I've seen children go from having many problems to getting back into their own schools and doing so much better. They play sports and graduate. Yes, staff has to place them in the house at times because they had behavior problems, or big meltdowns. But they learn that not accepted in school or life.

While they do have to physically intervene occasionally, as the other parent said, due to meltdowns, they do a check more to prevent those meltdowns than mainstream. They also teach the kids how to handle themselves and relaxation techniques. My son loves it here so much he doesn't want to go back. He is so much less stressed and his anxiety is so much better. If your child can't fit into the cookie cutter shape of main stream, this is a Great school. The teachers and staff really care about the students. They take them on many fields trips and have a school store for the kids to earn. They are specially trained and the student class ratio is much smaller.

My son Hates it, they put their hands on the children there and lock them in a 8x8 room and they got in touch with the other school I was trying to transfer him to and told them anything that'd make my son look horrible.
