I worked with the kindergarten teachers. I felt most of the teachers of all the grades really loved their kids I think one of the major problems was having 7th and 8th grades in the building. I also think lunch time should have talked amongst the students. Way too much yelling at the kids by the staff. Positivity should be the attitude.! I sat at the tables with the kids and I enjoyed it tremendously. I worked for one of the govt programs and the salary was an embarrassment but I didn''t take it out on the students. Disciplining doesn''t have to mean yelling.
