School Reviews

Somerset Vo-tech costs too much money to operate primarily from public funding from the local taxpayers. The economy does not have the availability of jobs to absorb the graduates from this school. Supplement funding should be collected from parents of Vo-tech students at $2500 per year (roughly $50 a week) . This is a small fraction of what it takes to educate each student. If enrollment significantly declines as a result, this would be an indication that Vo-tech should be either sold to a private firm or permanently closed. In my opinion, it would be ridiculous to keep this school open while our property taxes skyrocket.
